Getting down and gritty, we will remove all racks, trays and detachable parts to soak. We will then scrub, wipe and remove all grease and grime from inside and out, using our oven cleaner. Once finished, we will restock the oven, test it and ensure its looking brand new.
We will remove all dirt and debris in the kitchen cupboards and drawers; disinfect and wipe all kitchen surfaces; ensure the sink has no limescale and use professional cleaning products to leave the kitchen looking pristine and shiny.
At this point the bedroom will be empty, either containing a bed with mattress (furnished) or no bed (unfurnished). The floors will be swept, vacuumed and mopped. Carpets will be deep cleaned, as well as rugs and curtains. Wardrobes and drawers will be dust free and polished.
The living room floor will be deep cleaned depending on the material type. If carpet then we will use our high-tech carpet cleaning machine or wooden we will use our hard-floor vacuum and professional wooden floor detergent. Sofas and chairs will be wiped and dust-free.
Bathrooms will be thoroughly cleaned using professional cleaning detergents, to ensure they are spotless and limescale-free. Showers will be free of mould, dirt and therefore will be a lot of grout scrubbing. All taps will be free of dried water marks and look brand new.
Hard-floored stairs and hallways will be vacuumed and wiped using floor specific detergent, carpets will be vacuumed and deep cleaned with the carpet machine. Stair rails and banisters will be wiped free of dust and polished to perfection.
Windows will be wiped free of dust, stains and cobwebs on the inside. The window frames will be wiped and polished, as well as the curtains steamed and cleaned. All walls will be wiped free of dirt, without removing any paint.

You can contact us at any time via our website, social media channels and email. The earliest time you can book our cleaning service is 7:00 am and the latest am from 4:00 pm.
We have all necessary equipment for your tenancy clean and will all be specified to your particular booking requirements.
To ensure the best possible results for the cleaning service, in accordance to the quote given we do ask for the house to be completely free of any items that will not be staying at the property for the next tenants. Any items that are listed on your inventory checklist will of course stay and will need to be included in the cleaning service quotation.
If the fridge/freezer is still frozen when the cleaners arrive, they might struggle to properly clean the interior, so ideally the fridge/freezer will need to be defrosted 24 hours before the cleaning services commences.
The machine used for carpet cleaning is separate from the general floor vacuum, so there is an extra charge for the carpet deep clean. There are costs of running the machine, maintenance and a specialist carpet cleaning detergent to ensure a thorough clean, tailored for every customer.
This is the only extra charge that may apply to your booking, depending on the location of your property. We will always ask for a free parking space from each customer or a guest permit to cover the amount of time we are in operation. If a permit is not available we would ask the customer to download the Just Park app which is extremely reliable, fairly priced and has great availability for nearby parking. If your property is not based within the congestion zone, we would always choose the roads which do not pass through the zones, however if your property is within the congestion zone, then this charge will be charged to your cleaning service.
The cost of end of tenancy cleaning is based upon the condition of the property, size (number of bedrooms) and whether the property is furnished or unfurnished. The condition of the property is generally the same through all customers and this is only really relevant when the property is neglected. The number of bedrooms is generally the main factor in regards to the amount of space the property holds, including stairways, hallways and living areas etc. The addition of specialist services include carpet and upholstery deep cleaning, exterior window washing and garden clearance etc. Purifique Cleaning Co will always provide the best, competitive prices for customers and include any discounts where available.
Yes you can be away from the property, however you will need to arrange key collection with either us directly, your landlord or property management company.
We would suggest for you to place your booking with Purifique Cleaning Co for the week of your move out date or at least be performed 72 hours before the spot-check is carried out. Dust can accumulate if cleaning is carried out too early before your chosen move-out date and we operate a 48 hour re-clean if something extra needs doing in accordance to your property management spot-check. Generally a re-clean would not be normal, but we of course have to give leverage of time in case it is needed.
